RETIREES—Medicare Enrollment Required

If either you or your covered spouse is age 65 and older or under age 65 but eligible to enroll in Medicare, you must enroll in Medicare Parts A and B immediately. Please contact Social Security at 1 (800) 772-1213 for Medicare enrollment.

Divorce Notice Required

Coverage for a divorced spouse ends on the first day of the month after your divorce is final. You must notify the TBT Plan Administration Office of a divorce without delay by sending a copy of the divorce decree by e-mail or mail. If you delay and the Plan pays benefits for your former spouse, you will be responsible for paying overpaid amounts back to TBT. Contact the TBT Plan Administration Office.
